Think of it as a reservation for the next month. You're getting yourself in line to some of the best compliant items out there that may have fallen under the radar. So, all reservations made in the month prior will be shipped out between the 1st-3rd of the next month. For example - you place an order on July 3rd, we will be shipping it on August 1st. If you place it on July 31st, we will still ship it on August 1st.

Yes, we would be very sad to see you go, but you can certainly cancel anytime, but if you've already been billed for the current month (rebills occur on the 15th), that cancellation will be effective starting the next month. If you are requesting a refund, there is a 3-day grace period after you have been charged.
You'll be billed immediately for your 1st purchase and then again on the 15th of every month for future boxes. Our billing cycle begins on the 1st and ends on the 31st. This means that, for example, purchases between September 1st through September 30th will receive an October box during the second week of October.
Please note that for quarterly and yearly upfront subscription packages, you will be billed for the full amount immediately after you sign up. Additionally, once the last box in your package has shipped, your subscription will be renewed and you will be billed again on the 15th of the following month for that same full amount.
